What data we process and why
We process the data submitted in the enquiry form (name, company, e-mail, phone, enquiry content and any attachments) solely to respond to the enquiry and prepare a commercial offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, meaning commercial communication at your request).
How long we keep the data
Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the commercial correspondence and, after it ends, for the period necessary for evidentiary purposes, no longer than 3 years.
Who we share the data with
Data may be entrusted to IT service providers operating the website and e-mail (hosting, form processing). We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict processing and to object, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise these rights, write to oferty@libredesign.eu.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), which does not use cookies and does not track users across sites. The site does not use marketing cookies.
